Preparing for the Harvest

Given the challenges of living in today's society (and I do mean living) sometimes we need help to make it through. I intend to help by attempting to provide words of encouragement and discernment to assist in the development of leaders who will be ready for the harvest. I will comment on any subject which I feel needs intervention. I will write in a manner absent of malice, sprinkled with humor, but also in a manner that is honest and not necessarily politically correct. To lead can sometimes be a lonely journey. In fact the term "lead" implies that there are followers and in order to have followers, you have to get out front. Whether you agree or disagree with my posts, I hope that they provide insight, inspiration, and food and fertilizer for the enrichment of the harvest to come.
